Job description

Role & responsibilities

Generate home loan leads through field visits, builders, DSAs & referrals
Do area mapping and develop new business sources
Manage strong relationships with channel partners & customers
Achieve monthly sales and login targets
Coordinate for KYC, credit, legal & technical documentation
Ensure complete file submission till disbursement

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage sales (NBFC / Bank)
Good network with DSAs, builders & local market sources
Strong sales, negotiation & customer handling skills
Target-oriented with field sales exposure
Basic knowledge of loan process, eligibility & documentation
