🏨 About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on OTA & Revenue Executive to manage and grow our online bookings through platforms like Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, and Tripadvisor.

The role focuses on increasing occupancy, improving online visibility, and maximizing revenue through smart pricing and platform optimization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. OTA Management

* Manage and update listings across all OTA platforms

* Ensure room availability, rates, and inventory are accurate daily

* Monitor and improve ranking on OTA platforms

2. Revenue & Pricing Strategy

* Adjust room pricing based on:

* Demand trends

* Seasonality

* Competitor pricing

* Create and manage offers, discounts, and promotions

3. Performance Optimization

* Track booking performance (daily/weekly)

* Improve conversion rates (views → bookings)

* Identify underperforming channels and fix issues

4. Review & Reputation Management

* Respond to guest reviews professionally and promptly

* Maintain high ratings across platforms

* Highlight positive reviews and manage negative feedback

5. Coordination

* Work closely with reservations team for booking updates

* Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns

* Share weekly performance reports with management

👤 Candidate Profile

Required:

* 1–3 years experience in OTA / hotel reservations / revenue role

* Hands-on experience with:

* Booking.com

* MakeMyTrip

* Goibibo

* Basic understanding of pricing strategies

* Good communication skills

* Experience in resorts or hospitality industry

* Knowledge of channel managers (like STAAH, SiteMinder, etc.)

* Strong analytical mindset
