Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹16,000 per month + Attractive Incentives + Career Growth Opportunities

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate tour package enquiries and sales.

• Understand customers' travel requirements and recommend suitable domestic and international tour packages.

• Prepare and share customized quotations and itineraries.

• Follow up with prospective customers through calls, WhatsApp, and email to convert enquiries into bookings.

• Build strong customer relationships by providing excellent travel consultation and support.

• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth booking confirmations and customer satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate customer records, enquiry details, and follow-up updates in the CRM system.

• Achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining high service quality.

• Resolve customer queries professionally before and after booking.

• Stay updated with destination knowledge, hotel options, travel trends, and ongoing promotional offers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Graduate.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in Travel Sales, Holiday Packages, or a similar sales role.

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Hindi and basic English.

• Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.

• Comfortable using computers, CRM software, WhatsApp, MS Excel, and email.

• Strong negotiation, customer handling, and follow-up skills.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a successful career in the travel industry.
