Job Role: Gold loan Sales Executive
Location: Kochi, Kozhikode
Job Responsibilities
· Generate new Gold Loan business through open market and field sales.
· Identify and approach prospective customers through field visits, local networking, references and lead generation.
· Explain Gold Loan products, eligibility, process and benefits to prospective customers.
· Generate leads, convert prospects and achieve assigned sales targets.
· Maintain regular follow-up with leads and customers until successful conversion.
· Build strong customer and local market relationships.
· Coordinate with the concerned team for documentation, verification and loan processing.
· Maintain accurate daily sales and activity updates.
Eligibility
· Minimum 1+ year of experience in core Gold Loan sales.
· Gold Loan / NBFC / BFSI sales experience preferred.
· Good communication and customer-handling skills.
· Willingness to work in open market / field sales.
