We are looking for a GEM Sales Executive to join our team . This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹40000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
GeM portal par product listing & catalog management
Tender search karna & relevant bids identify karna
Bid participation & documentation preparation
BOQ analysis & price quotation banana
Order processing & coordination with govt. departments
Payment follow-ups & vendor registration
Target-based sales achievement.

MS Excel & documentation skills
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Detail-oriented & deadline focused.
Preferred Candidate:
B2G (Business to Government) sales background
Tender filing experience
Immediate joiner preferred
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 5 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Lead Generation, MS Excel, Computer Knowledge, Cold Calling, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
