Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and approach potential donors and funding partners.
• Achieve assigned fundraising targets.
• Develop proposals and presentations for donors/partners.
• Build and maintain donor relationships.
• Explore CSR, sponsorship, grant, and other fundraising opportunities.
• Maintain donor records and prepare regular reports.
Requirements:
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong networking and convincing abilities.
• Target-oriented and proactive approach.
• Experience in fundraising, sales, business development, or NGO sector preferred.
