Role & Responsibility:
A Franchise Sales Manager is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new franchise partners to expand a company's market presence. This role blends high-level sales strategy with relationship management and operational oversight to ensure the joint success of the franchisor and franchisee.
Key Responsibilities:
· The core duties focus on the end-to-end franchise acquisition process and ongoing network growth.
· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential franchise buyers through market research, networking events, digital campaigns, and industry exhibitions.
· Franchise Pitching: Conduct discovery calls and presentations to explain the business model, ROI projections, and investment requirements to prospective investors.
· Sales Conversion: Manage the sales pipeline from initial inquiry to final agreement signing, including negotiating terms and territory rights.
· Onboarding Support: Guide new franchisees through the application process and provide initial training and resources to ensure a successful launch.
· Compliance & Legal: Coordinate with legal teams to finalize Franchise Agreements and ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements.
· Performance Monitoring: Track sales metrics, pipeline status, and market trends to provide regular reports and forecasts to senior management.
Skills & Experience:
