Role & responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and onboard new B2B clients under the franchise business model.

• Generate leads and convert prospective partners into franchise owners.

• Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with potential clients.

• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and distributors.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, onboarding, and post-sales support.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

Preferred candidate profile

• Candidates with 26 years of experience in B2B Sales, Franchise Sales, Channel Sales, or Business Development.

• Proven track record of lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closure.

• Experience in onboarding franchise partners, distributors, or channel partners.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage the complete sales cycle independently.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Candidates from EdTech, Retail, FMCG, Real Estate, or Service-based industries will be preferred (optional).
