We are looking for a Franchise Manager to join our team at at Leadquest Educations And Management Academy. The role focuses on expanding the client base, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. The position offers ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and expand franchise network
Identify and onboard new franchise partners
Maintain relationships with existing franchisees
Ensure brand standards and operational excellence
Provide training and ongoing support to franchisees
Achieve sales and growth targets
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 3 years of experience. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to close deals effectively, and a customer-focused approach are also essential for this role.
