Job Summary: We're looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Franchise Sales Executive to join our team. As a Franchise Sales Executive (2-3 years of experience), you'll play a key role in generating leads and promoting our franchise opportunities to potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be to make initial calls, build relationships, and identify potential franchise partners.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our franchise opportunities.

2. Build relationships with potential clients and identify their interests.

3. Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or meetings with our Franchise Head/Manager.

4. Conduct research on potential clients and identify new business opportunities.

5. Maintain accurate records of calls, meetings, and follow-ups.

6. Collaborate with the franchise team to achieve sales targets.

7. Carry out implementation strategies for recruiting new franchise clients & establishing a pipeline of qualified clients.

Requirements:

1. 2-3 year of experience in franchise sales, sales, business development etc.

2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Strong persuasion, negotiation skills & convincing skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.

5. Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices.
