Job Description
Position: Franchise Development Manager (Male/Female) – Play School
Location: Sector 24, Rohini, Delhi
Salary: 2.4 LPA – 3.6 LPA + Incentive
Role Objective
To expand the play school network by identifying, onboarding, and supporting franchise partners, ensuring brand consistency, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Franchise Acquisition & Expansion
Identify potential franchise partners in target regions.
Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis for new centers.
Negotiate franchise agreements and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Franchise Partner Support
Guide franchisees in infrastructure setup, staffing, and curriculum implementation.
Provide ongoing operational, marketing, and administrative support.
Act as the primary liaison between headquarters and franchise partners.
Training & Quality Assurance
Organize induction and training programs for franchise staff.
Ensure adherence to the school’s pedagogy, curriculum, and child safety standards.
Conduct audits to maintain brand quality and compliance.
Performance Monitoring
Track admissions, retention, and revenue KPIs across franchises.
Recommend corrective actions for underperforming centers.
Share best practices to improve overall franchise performance.
Relationship & Brand Building
Build strong, long-term relationships with franchise owners.
Promote the play school brand through events, campaigns, and partnerships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Education Management.
Experience: 1–2 years in franchise development, preferably in education or child care sector.
Travel required
Skills:
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Spoken English is mandatory
Knowledge of early childhood education operations.
Ability to conduct market analysis and feasibility studies.
Leadership and team management abilities.
