Founder Office Intern

Key role:

→ Support the founder in day-to-day research, content, and operations

→ Build and maintain prospect lists for B2B outreach across EV OEMs, suppliers, investors, and insurers

→ Assist with LinkedIn content — drafting posts, scheduling, and monitoring engagement

→ Prepare briefing documents and one-pagers before prospect and client meetings → Track and organise pipeline conversations in a structured CRM tracker

→ Monitor Indian EV industry news and flag relevant developments to the founder daily

→ Assist in formatting and preparing intelligence reports for client delivery

→ Support hiring, onboarding, and team coordination as the team grows

→ Own ad hoc research projects — competitive landscape, pricing benchmarks, market sizing

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Must have:

→ Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, engineering, data science, or a related field

→ Strong written English — you will be drafting outreach messages and briefing documents that represent SpidoAI to senior professionals

→ Highly organised and proactive — you manage your own tasks without being chased

→ Genuinely curious about AI, EVs, and the intersection of technology and industry → Comfortable working in a fast-moving, unstructured environment where the playbook is still being written

Good to have:

→ Prior internship experience at a startup or in a B2B environment

→ Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Sheets, and basic research tools

→ Interest in market intelligence, data, or the automotive and EV sector

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN
