Job description
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Team Lead who can manage a team, drive lead conversion, and ensure sales target achievement. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate a team to deliver high performance.
Role & responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of at least 5 sales/tele calling executives
Guide the team in converting potential leads into customers
Monitor daily team performance and productivity
Ensure achievement of sales and conversion targets
Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews
Train, mentor, and motivate team members
Develop sales strategies to improve lead conversion
Handle escalated customer queries and support the team when required
Track team reports, lead status, and sales pipeline
Coordinate with management for target planning and reporting
Maintain high team engagement and discipline
Analyze sales performance and identify improvement areas
