Job Summary:

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Team Leader to manage and motivate the sales team to achieve company targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, experience in sales management, and the ability to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales executives

• Set monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Monitor daily sales performance and provide feedback

• Develop and implement sales strategies

• Conduct training and performance review meetings

• Handle key client relationships and negotiations

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management

• Ensure achievement of revenue and growth targets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

• 2+ years of experience in sales leadership
