Job Title: FMCG Salesman / Sales Representative

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and hardworking Salesman to promote and sell FMCG products in the assigned territory. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, generating orders, increasing product availability, collecting payments, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned retail outlets daily as per the beat plan.

• Generate orders and achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Increase product distribution and ensure product availability at all outlets.

• Appoint new retailers and expand market coverage.

• Ensure proper product visibility, merchandising, and display at retail outlets.

• Explain company schemes and promotions to retailers.

• Collect payments as per the company's credit policy.

• Maintain strong relationships with retailers and wholesalers.

• Report competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.

• Ensure timely reporting through the company's sales application or daily sales report.

• Resolve retailer complaints and coordinate with the distributor for smooth service.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

• 1–3 years of FMCG sales experience preferred (Freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence.

• Own motorcycle preferred.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.

• Basic knowledge of smartphone applications for order booking.
