We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Executive for our FMCG distribution godown operations. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail outlets, generating orders, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring product availability, and coordinating with the warehouse/godown for timely delivery.Key Responsibilities
Visit retail shops, supermarkets, provision stores, and wholesalers in the assigned territory.
Generate daily sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets.
Promote FMCG products and introduce new products/offers to retailers.
Ensure proper stock availability and coordinate with godown staff for dispatch.
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues if required.
Maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Ensure proper merchandising and visibility of products at outlets.
Submit daily sales reports, route plans, and collection details.
Coordinate with delivery teams for timely supply of goods.
