• Achieve Sales Target

• Ensure Profitability

• Centre Expense within budgets

• Ensure NPS Target

• Resolution of customer complaints

• Adherence of centre SOP

• Monitoring and Reporting market trends

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

• Ability to work under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

• 2+ years Experience in the automotive industry or service industry is preferred
