Sales & Marketing Executive / Asst Manager – Financial Products

Position Overview:
We are looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing Professionals with a background in Finance or Commerce or practical experience similar job to promote and expand our business in retail and institutional financial products. The ideal candidate should have sound financial knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new clients for mutual funds, insurance, and loan products.
Maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Understand clients’ financial goals and recommend suitable investment and insurance products.
Conduct financial product presentations and client meetings.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for different product categories.
Coordinate with internal teams and partner institutions (AMCs, Banks, NBFCs, Insurance Companies) for product updates and client servicing.
Stay updated on market trends, new product launches, and regulatory changes.
Develop marketing plans, execute campaigns, and participate in promotional activities and events.
Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Educational Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration.
Experience: 0–5 years of experience in financial product sales, mutual fund distribution, insurance advisory, or loan products.
Certifications (Preferred): NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors), IRDA license, or other relevant certifications. (if not , he/she has to clear the same within 3 months of joining)
Skills Required:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Sound understanding of financial products and market dynamics.
Target-oriented, proactive, and customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in MS Office, AI and social media handling.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
