Job Description -

We are hiring for the role of Assistant Sales Manager in the Banking Sales vertical. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer relationships, generating business, and achieving sales targets through banking and financial products.

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire new customers through leads, references, and client Meetings.

• Promote banking products such as life insurance, and investment products

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

• Coordinate with branch staff and support teams for smooth processing

• Conduct client meetings and follow-ups for business conversion

• Ensure proper documentation and compliance as per company policies

• Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support

Eligibility

• Graduation in any discipline

• Experience in banking, BFSI, insurance, or sales preferred

• Good communication and relationship-building skills

• Target-oriented and confident personality

Preferred Skills

• Sales and negotiation skills

• Customer handling ability

• Team coordination

• Basic knowledge of banking products
