💰 STIPEND & INCENTIVES
Fixed Monthly Stipend: ₹6,000/- (Target-based)
Performance Incentives: ₹2,000/- to ₹4,000/-

🎯 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Referrals: Sharing official registration links for zero-balance digital business accounts (Tide India Platform).
Organic Outreach: Posting structured promotional materials inside relevant local Facebook groups and pages to attract warm audience leads.
Client Routing: Collecting local customer queries for our food venture (Heti's Kitchen) and transferring the details directly to the Patna Regional Office for closure.
Reporting: Submitting simple daily tracking updates to your assigned Core Associate Team Leader.
🎓 ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Qualification: 12th Pass / College Students / Working Professionals.
Age: Minimum 18+ Years.
Requirements: A smartphone with a working internet connection and basic Hindi communication skills.
⏳ QUICK RECRUITMENT FLOW
1 Interview & Selection: Conducted directly via phone by Core Associate Team Members.
2 Weekly Mega Orientation: Selected candidates must attend the mandatory live briefing panel every Saturday at 11:30 AM sharp (Conducted by State Head Avinash Sir, Prem Sir, and the MD).
3 Graduation Benefit: Earn a verified AICTE-Approved Experience Certificate upon completion.
