Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Generate leads for Demat and Trading Account openings.
Explain company services and benefits to clients.
Follow up with interested prospects.
Maintain customer records and update CRM/data sheets.
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Coordinate with the sales and operations team.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to handle customer conversations professionally.
Telecalling, sales, or customer support experience is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
