We are looking for an active and responsible Field Supervisor to manage operations and material supply chains at Dozex Earthmovers . In this role, you will handle site supervision, coordinate machine operations, manage material procurement/booking, and take care of additional ground tasks as required by management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Material Procurement & Purchase : Handle local purchasing of materials, spare parts, or fuel needed for machinery and site operations.

· Material Booking & Supply : Manage the advance booking of materials, track delivery schedules, and ensure smooth supply to the working sites without delays.

· Logistics & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of material bills, bookings and Supply list as daily progress reports. share updates regularly with the main office.
Add-on Tasks : Handle on-field emergencies, vendor coordination, client dealing, and any other duties assigned by the company owner as per business requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications:

· Education: 12th Pass and Above

· Experience : Fresher / 0 to 2 years of experience in Field Supervision, Site Management, or Material Handling (Construction/Earthmoving sector preferred).

· Vehicle : Must own a Two-Wheeler (Bike/Scooter) with a valid Driving License for frequent field travel and material tracking.

· Skills : Strong negotiation skills for material purchasing, basic mathematical skills for billing, and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.

Job Benefits & Compensation:

• Salary: 15,000 -20000 per month (Negotiable based on experience & Interview Basis).

• Allowances : Fuel/Travel allowance will be fully covered by the company for all field assignments.
