Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000 per month

About the Role

We are looking for a presentable, energetic, and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in Bareilly. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients, generating new business opportunities, onboarding new clients, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet existing and potential clients on a regular basis.

• Identify and approach new clients for business development.

• Onboard new clients and maintain positive professional relationships.

• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Generate new sales leads through field visits and networking.

• Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

• Prepare and maintain daily and weekly sales reports.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth client onboarding.

• Follow up with prospective and existing clients regularly.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate / Diploma.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Own two-wheeler is compulsory.

• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Bareilly.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Candidate should be presentable, confident, and professional.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a target-based environment.

• Ability to build and maintain good client relationships.
