ఫీల్డ్ సేల్స్ ఆఫీసర్

Sales Officers will be responsible for the sales performance of the General trade, Modern Trade, HORECA and alternate Trade Channels for one of the regions. He/she should be target driven and result oriented in delivering the overall regional sales objectives.

Responsibilities and Duties

Exploring new avenues for sales in all possible sales channel.s

Creating tie ups with retail chains and Modern Trade Stores.

Identifying and getting multi-channel retail and distribution agencies/companies/enterprises on-board. Overall responsibility from identifying, negotiating, order processing to realization of payments and follow through.

Identify and analyse market trends, pricing and competitors activities.

Maintaining Sales performance.

Draw efficient market strategies as per business goals and build relations with business partners.

Delivering annual business plan, volume, profitability through Retail customers

Achieve Primary & Secondary Sales Volume & Revenue Target

Ensure sales KPIs are tracked, measured and reported.

The ideal candidate will have extensive sales experience and network across retail, distribution, marketplaces, HORECA and corporate channels. The incumbent should have solid and proven track record of beating the internal targets and external markets by constantly innovating through novel sales strategies and aggressive sales plans.The incumbent will be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. The incumbent should have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Solid and Proven track record of beating Sales Targets

Proven Sales experience across multiple channels including but not limited to General Trade, Modern Trade, HORECA and Corporate Sales

Extensive distribution network

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
