Company Introduction
MakeFloor Outdoor Stones is a leading manufacturer and supplier of premium natural outdoor stones, including cobblestones, granite, basalt, sandstone, limestone, and paving solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and infrastructure projects across India.
Position: Business Development Executive
Location: Navi Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through IndiaMART, Google, website enquiries, social media, cold calling, and field visits.
- Develop new customers including architects, builders, contractors, developers, landscape consultants, and dealers.
- Follow up on all enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams for order execution.
- Maintain daily lead records and customer database.
- Achieve daily lead generation, monthly sales, and annual business targets.
- Submit daily activity and sales reports.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily lead generation and follow-up.
- Monthly new customer acquisition.
- Monthly sales target achievement.
- Customer retention and repeat orders.
- Timely reporting and CRM updates.
