Execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (online + offline channels)
Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business
Generate leads through field visits, networking, and digital platforms
Pitch recruitment solutions and close business deals
Ensure consistent achievement of monthly targets and revenue KPIs
Support branding and promotional activities

Strong communication and sales-driven mindset
Experience or interest in B2B marketing / client handling
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
Knowledge of recruitment/HR industry is a value add
Confident in field marketing and corporate visits
💰 Compensation & Benefits
