Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell/rent heavy equipment such as Cranes, BHL (Backhoe Loader), and Hydra machines to construction companies, contractors, infrastructure firms, factories, and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through field visits, calls, references, and market research.
Sell or arrange rental services for Cranes, BHL, and Hydra equipment.
Meet contractors, builders, project managers, and industrial clients to understand requirements.
Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Coordinate with operations team for equipment availability and dispatch.
Follow up on payments, contracts, and documentation.
Monitor competitor pricing and market trends.
Maintain daily visit reports and sales pipeline records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate / Undergraduate with sales experience.
1–5 years experience in construction equipment, crane rental, heavy machinery, automobile, or industrial sales preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Crane, Hydra, BHL equipment preferred.
Ability to work in field sales and travel locally.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Email, CRM).
Valid driving license preferred.
