Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers. The ideal candidate will generate leads, meet potential clients, conduct site visits, explain the benefits of solar systems, and achieve sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, referrals, and local networking.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.
Conduct customer meetings and explain solar products, system benefits, pricing, and return on investment (ROI).
Perform preliminary site assessments and collect customer requirements.
Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.
Maintain strong customer relationships and provide post-sales support.
Track daily sales activities and submit reports to the Sales Manager.
Stay updated on solar industry trends, government subsidy programs, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
1–3 years of field sales experience (solar, electrical, construction, or related industries preferred).
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also apply.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong customer relationship management abilities.
Basic understanding of solar PV systems and renewable energy (training can be provided).
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
