Field Sales Executive

Role Overview

We are hiring energetic and confident individuals to visit businesses, pitch sponsorship opportunities, and generate leads for our Cyber Awareness Program across schools & colleges.

This is a field-based, performance-driven role with high earning potential.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Visit local businesses, brands & companies
• Pitch sponsorship opportunities for Cyber Awareness Seminars
• Generate qualified leads & schedule meetings
• Maintain daily visit & lead reports
• Coordinate with sales closing team

💰 Compensation Structure (100% Commission-Based)

• No fixed salary / stipend
• Commission: 10% of each successful sponsor deal

💡 Example:

Minimum sponsor deal = ₹1,00,000
→ Your earning = ₹10,000 per deal (minimum)

• No earning limit – higher deals = higher income

🎯 Who Should Apply?

• Good communication skills (Hindi / Bengali / little bit English)
• Confident in face-to-face interaction
• Basic understanding of sales / marketing
• Freshers & experienced both can apply
• Must be comfortable with field work
