Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven, highly motivated Field Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing a localized territory, and cultivating long-term client relationships. The ideal candidate thrives on independence, possesses exceptional negotiation skills, and is comfortable traveling frequently to meet clients at their offices, retail outlets, or homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Source new sales opportunities through territory mapping, cold calling, networking, and site to site field visits.

• Manage major client accounts, conduct regular check-ins, and secure repeat business or product renewals.

• Conduct persuasive, face-to-face sales presentations and live product demonstrations tailored to client pain points.

• Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial evaluation and qualification to objection handling and closing deals.

• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team monthly/quarterly sales revenue targets.

• Log all customer interactions, track pipeline progression, and maintain up-to-date account records using systems like.

• Monitor local competitor activities, pricing trends, and new product offerings to feed strategic insights back to senior leadership.

• Submit clear daily or weekly sales reports (DSRs) outlining visits made, orders booked, and general territory feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3-5 years of proven experience in outside sales, field sales, B2B account management, or retail client acquisition.

• Two-Wheeler License and clean driving record are mandatory, along with a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

• Exceptional interpersonal, public speaking, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build immediate good rapport with strangers.

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision while staying on a strict schedule.

• Preferred candidates from industrial machinery, material handling, and construction equipment industry

Education:

Any Graduate

OR

Diploma & Degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred)

Language: English (Good) and Hindi

Reporting Location: Thane (Vitawa)
