Field Sales Executive – Cement & Steel Industry

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Noida / NCR

Industry: Cement, Steel, TMT & Construction Materials

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to construction sites, dealers, contractors, builders and project locations.

• Generate new leads through cold visits, references and market networking.

• Identify upcoming construction projects and develop new business opportunities.

• Meet contractors, builders, dealers and purchase teams to generate orders.

• Convert leads into customers and achieve monthly sales targets.

• Maintain regular follow-up with existing and prospective customers.

• Negotiate prices and close sales/orders.

• Monitor competitor pricing, market demand and customer requirements.

• Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch and delivery.

• Follow up for outstanding payments/collections.

• Submit daily/weekly reports covering field visits, leads, follow-ups and sales.

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of field sales experience in cement, steel, TMT, construction materials or a similar industry.

• Good knowledge of the Noida/NCR market.

• Existing contacts with contractors, builders, dealers or construction companies preferred.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Must be comfortable with daily travelling and extensive field work.

• Target-oriented with strong lead-generation and sales-conversion skills.

• Graduate preferred.
