Role Overview:

As a Certified Internet Consultant (CIC), you will help small businesses and professionals strengthen their digital presence using Just Dial’s suite of solutions. You will receive daily hot leads (no cold calling) and focus on client meetings, pitching, and closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet business owners, SMEs, and professionals using company-generated hot leads.

• Conduct product presentations and explain digital offerings.

• Convert hot leads into paying customers through consultative sales.

• Record customer details and sales updates in KPM reporting tools.

• Maintain long-term client relationships and act as a digital growth consultant.

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
