### About the Role

JJ Baking and Co. is looking for motivated and experienced Business Development Executives / Field Sales Executives to expand its customer base and strengthen business relationships. The ideal candidates should have experience in B2B sales, institutional sales, or direct client dealing, with the ability to identify new business opportunities and build long-term client relationships.

The role involves field visits, meeting potential clients, developing business opportunities, and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

### Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential B2B and institutional clients.

• Conduct field visits to offices, hotels, cafés, restaurants, institutions, and other potential business customers, as relevant to the company's business.

• Generate new business opportunities through direct client interactions and market visits.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Understand client requirements and communicate suitable product offerings.

• Follow up with potential clients, negotiate commercial terms, and support business closures.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

• Explore new markets and identify opportunities for business growth.

• Maintain records of client visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.

### Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or business development.

Mandatory experience in •B2B sales, institutional sales, or direct client dealing••.

• Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Willingness to travel for field visits and client meetings.

• A proactive attitude and the ability to identify new business opportunities.

• Candidates with experience exclusively in channel sales, distributor sales, or dealer network management will not be considered.

### Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary of ₹15,000 – ₹18,000, depending on experience and suitability.
