Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Executive with prior experience in the sanitaryware industry to promote and sell steel tanks across Rajasthan. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively throughout Rajasthan and have a four-wheeler for field visits and customer meetings.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, and other potential customers.

• Promote and sell steel tanks across all major cities, towns, and markets in Rajasthan.

• Conduct regular field visits to generate new business opportunities and expand the customer base.

• Identify new dealers and distributors to increase market penetration.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

• Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, negotiations, and order closures.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

• Submit regular sales reports and maintain accurate records of field activities.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Prior field sales experience in the sanitaryware industry is mandatory.

• Experience in dealer and distributor network management will be preferred.

• Must have a four-wheeler for extensive field travel.

• Willingness to cover all locations across Rajasthan.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.

• Knowledge of the Rajasthan market will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

A result-oriented sales professional with relevant sanitaryware industry experience, a strong dealer network, and the ability to drive steel tank sales throughout Rajasthan.
