Job Description – Field Sales Executive
Location: Kattedan, Hyderabad
Position:
Field Sales Executive (Hardware & Paint Products)
Age:
25–35 years
Education:
Graduate (any stream)
Experience:
Minimum 1–2 years experience in hardware stores / paint industry
Key Responsibilities:
Visit ~20 shops daily (hardware & paint stores, contractors, painters)
Explain and sell company products
Take orders and add new customers
Collect payments and follow up on outstanding dues
Maintain relationships with dealers and painters
Submit daily reports
Targets:
Monthly Sales Target: ₹5,00,000
Payment collection within 3 months
Skills:
Good communication
Field sales confidence
Customer handling
Target driven
Salary:
₹15,000–₹25,000 + incentives + travel allowance
