Field Executive

We are looking for a Field Executive to join our team at Utkarsh Global Foundation. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Role:
• Conduct field visits and drive CSR fundraising
• Identify potential CSR partners and present the Nirali Project
• Build and maintain corporate relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
• Represent the organization in meetings and events

Requirements:
• Female candidates only, graduate in any discipline
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Willing to travel and work in the field
• Prior experience in CSR, fundraising, or sales is a plus
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
