Job Role:
We are hiring a Field Executive (Client Acquisition) to onboard new clients and generate business for our staffing services (housekeeping, facility support & allied manpower).

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit offices, societies, hotels, hospitals & commercial sites

• Pitch Staffnexa’s staffing & manpower services

• Generate and follow up on new business leads

• Onboard new clients and collect service requirements

• Coordinate with internal team after client closure

• Maintain daily visit & lead reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred)

• Strong communication & convincing skills

• Confidence in client meetings & negotiations

• Two-wheeler with valid license (mandatory)

• Smartphone with WhatsApp & basic reporting skills

Experience:

• Freshers with sales mindset can apply

• Experience in field sales / B2B sales / staffing preferred

Salary & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000/month

• High Incentives per client closure

• Travel allowance + performance bonuses
