Role Summary
We are hiring a Field Executive to manage on-ground property-related activities across residential locations in South-East Bangalore.

This role involves visiting assigned properties, conducting inspections, coordinating with stakeholders, and updating reports through mobile applications. The position is suitable for candidates who are comfortable with local travel and structured field responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned residential properties as per schedule

• Conduct routine inspections and record observations

• Coordinate with tenants, property owners, and service vendors

• Capture photos and upload updates through company mobile tools

• Support move-in, move-out, and inventory verification processes

• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks

• Maintain professional communication during site visits
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (PUC)

• Graduates may also apply

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a field-based or operations role

• Familiarity with south-East Bangalore locations preferred

• Basic knowledge of smartphone and mobile application usage

• Good communication skills in English

• Willingness to travel locally for assignments

• ₹25,000 – ₹27,000 per month (CTC), based on experience
