Job Description

We are looking for responsible and hardworking Field Collection Executives to visit customers at their homes, shops, or business locations and collect daily/weekly savings deposits under our Pigmy and Savings Collection Scheme.

Key Responsibilities

1. Visit assigned customers daily to collect Pigmy and savings deposits.

2. Collect cash from clients as per their scheduled payment dates.

3. Provide customers with proper receipts for every collection.

4. Maintain accurate daily collection records and customer details.

5. Deposit collected cash at the branch/office within the prescribed time.

6. Build and maintain good relationships with customers.

7. Follow up with customers regarding pending or missed deposits.

8. Submit daily collection reports to the branch manager.

9. Ensure safe handling of collected cash and financial records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th Pass.

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

- Basic knowledge of reading, writing and calculations.

- Good communication and customer-handling skills.

- Must be comfortable with daily field visits.

- Knowledge of local areas and languages is preferred.

- Must have a smartphone and basic navigation skills.
