The Field Executives will be responsible for the for the allocated portfolio given by the collection overall Collection and efficient functioning of the Collection Department. This includes overseeing collection of portfolios in bucket of (soft, hard and write off). The incumbent is expected to maintain high professional standards and foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and customer satisfaction within the with in the collection.
Key Responsibilities
· Visit clients at their location to collect outstanding payments.
· Negotiate payment arrangements and resolve any payment-related conflicts.
· Maintain accurate records of all transactions and collection activities.
· Adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and regulatory standards.
· Report on collection progress and account status to team leader.
· Follow up on payment commitments and escalate complex cases.
