Job Title: Style Associate – Jewellery Retail

Location: Bangalore (Multiple Locations)

Job Summary:

The Style Associate assists customers in selecting jewellery, delivers excellent service, achieves sales targets, and ensures smooth store operations and visual appeal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve individual sales targets and support store goals.

• Provide professional customer service and assist in jewellery selection.

• Handle billing, payments, and cross-selling.

• Support store operations: stock handling, merchandising, deliveries, promotions, and audits.

• Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.

• Follow company SOPs and work flexible shifts.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate (Freshers welcome) or HSC with 2+ years retail experience (MANDATORY)

• Age 18–35 years.

Key Skills:

• Strong communication (Local language + English).

• Customer-focused and proactive approach.

• Professional grooming and presentation.

Work Locations (Bangalore):

DVG Road, HSR Layout, KR Puram, Nexus Koramangala, Mantri Mall, Whitefield, Indiranagar, Forum South Bangalore, Kammanahalli, AECS Layout (Brookefield).
