We (K9HR SOLUTIONS, Riya Khushalani (HR Manager) - +91 9106225460 | Email ID: hr023.k9hrs@gmail.com) are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Export Executive to join our team at our office on Nana Mava Road. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience and a B.B.A degree. As an Export Executive, you will play a vital role in facilitating our international trade operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle export documentation, order processing, and shipment coordination.
Manage export sales and maintain strong relationships with international clients.
Coordinate with clients, freight forwarders, shipping agencies, and customs.
Coordinate with various internal departments such as Sales, Production, Dispatch, and Accounts for smooth order execution.
Follow up on shipments and ensure timely delivery.
Monitor client requirements, resolve issues, and provide regular updates.
Required Skills:
Good communication and client coordination skills.
Knowledge of export sales and documentation.
Good MS Excel and MS Office knowledge.
Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
