Your primary focus will be on understanding their unique financial needs and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a strategic approach to banking, where you will need to identify business opportunities, cross-sell bank products, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the branch team to deliver an exceptional banking experience. Manage and grow a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and businesses. Conduct in-depth needs analysis to offer personalized banking solutions. Proactively identify sales opportunities and cross-sell bank products. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service. Stay updated with market trends and competitor offerings to provide competitive advice. Collaborate with branch teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and account management. Handle complex customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions. Conduct regular portfolio reviews to identify areas for improvement. Attend networking events and build relationships with potential clients. A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales or banking role, preferably in private banking. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric approach. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including investments and wealth management. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with high-value customers. Proficiency in using banking software and tools for portfolio management. Analytical skills to interpret financial data and make informed recommendations. A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
