Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Education Counsellor team.

• Monitor daily team performance and achieve business targets.

• Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity.

• Handle escalations and ensure high-quality counselling.

• Coordinate with HR and Operations for smooth onboarding and team management.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

• Ensure process compliance and maintain service quality.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Prior experience in Team Handling or Education Counselling.

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Target-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage team performance and deliver consistent results.
