Job Title: Sr Education Counselor

Department: Sales

Reports To: Centre Manager

Location: Mumbai

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding the institute’s courses, programs, career outcomes, and admission process.

• Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries professionally and promptly.

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.

• Follow up with leads.

• Assist students in completing admission forms, documentation, and fee submission.

• Maintain an up-to-date database of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.

• Prepare and submit regular reports on counseling activities and admission targets.

• Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.

• Achieve Targets set by management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Any Graduate

• 1–3 years of experience as a counselor, academic advisor (experience in an educational institute preferred).

• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to manage targets and work under pressure.
