Job Title: Education Counselor

Experience Required: 2–4 Years
Location: Patel Nagar, Delhi

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Education Counselor to guide students on academic programs, career options, and enrollment processes. The role involves student counseling, lead conversion, and coordination with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents on courses, career paths, and program benefits

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, walk-ins, and online inquiries

• Convert leads into admissions and achieve enrollment targets

• Maintain accurate student data and follow-ups in CRM

• Coordinate with academic and operations teams for admissions

• Address student queries and provide end-to-end enrollment support

Required Skills:

• 2–4 years of experience as an Education Counselor

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle students, parents, and sales targets

• Experience in admissions counseling or training institutes preferred

• Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office

Preferred:

• Experience in IT training or educational institutes

• Target-driven mindset
