Job Description:

BDIT Academic is seeking a smart, confident, and result-driven Academic Counsellor to

guide students in selecting the right academic programs and to convert inquiries into

successful admissions through effective counselling.

Key Responsibilities:

● Counsel students and parents regarding online degree programs offered by BDIT

Academic.

● Handle walk-in, telephonic, WhatsApp, and online inquiries in a professional

manner.

● Understand student requirements and suggest suitable courses and universities.

● Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.

● Achieve monthly admission targets using strong convincing and negotiation skills.

● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

● Provide post-admission assistance and ensure student satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:e

● Strong convincing skills

● Excellent communication skills with fluency in Marathi (mandatory)

● Excellent communication skills in English (spoken & basic written)

● Smart personality with a professional and presentable approach

● Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

● Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities

Experience & Eligibility:

Minimum 2 years of experience as an Educational Consultant / Academic Counsellor

Age Criteria: 26 years and above
