Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for providing end-to-end support to aspiring students, including:

• Expert Counselling: Delivering detailed guidance regarding study abroad options, partner universities, and available courses.

• Admission Support: Assisting students through the application process, managing documentation, and ensuring all deadlines are met.

• Visa Guidance: Helping students prepare for visa applications and conducting mock interviews to build their confidence.

• CRM Management: Maintaining accurate student records and performing regular follow-ups to ensure a smooth journey.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Open to any Graduate or Postgraduate.

• Experience: Ideally 1-3 years of experience in overseas education counselling (knowledge of IELTS, PTE, or Visa processing is a plus). Freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply.

• Skills: Fluency in both English and Tamil is essential. Candidates should also possess strong interpersonal and computer skills.
