We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counsellor who can guide prospective students and parents through the admission process, convert enquiries into admissions, and achieve monthly targets
Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course enquiries
Counsel students and parents about courses, fees, and career opportunities
Convert enquiries into successful admissions
Maintain daily follow-up and update CRM records
Achieve monthly admission targets
Coordinate with branch managers and academic team
Maintain proper documentation and admission records
Participate in promotional and marketing activities if required
