Job Summary
We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and result-oriented Admission Counselor to guide prospective students and parents through the admission process. The candidate will be responsible for understanding student requirements, providing accurate information about courses/programs, following up with leads, and converting prospective enquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses/programs.
• Understand students’ academic interests, career goals, and requirements.
• Explain course details, eligibility, fee structure, admission process, and other relevant information.
• Handle incoming enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Follow up regularly with prospective students and maintain proper records of leads.
• Convert qualified leads into successful admissions.
• Maintain strong relationships with students and parents throughout the admission process.
• Coordinate with internal teams for documentation, fee submission, and admission formalities.
• Achieve assigned admission/enrolment targets.
• Maintain daily reports and update lead/admission status in the relevant system.
• Participate in counselling sessions, seminars, admission drives, and other promotional activities when required.

• English Communication: Above-average proficiency in spoken and written English.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office/CRM systems.

Eligibility Criteria
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Excellent/above-average English communication skills.
• Age should not exceed 35 years.
• Candidates with a positive attitude and strong counselling skills will be preferred.

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be well-spoken, confident, persuasive, presentable, and passionate about interacting with students and parents. The candidate should be comfortable working in a target-driven environment and should have strong follow-up and conversion skills.
Salary - 22k to 25k (Depend upon interview)
